Orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order (excluding weekends and holidays). If you need to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it since it is already on its way to your doorstep!
Changed your mind? Didn't get what you were expecting? No Problem! We will gladly accept returns for items purchased at foleyandcorinna.com. Please see below for return/ refund criteria.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be in its new, original condition, must not be worn or altered.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.
- We cannot accept returns for items purchased at retailers other than foleyandcorinna.com
- Prior authorization is required before sending a return.
- To receive a return authorization number, please contact: CustomerService@foleyandcorinna.com. Please include your order number as well as a copy of your invoice. You will then be sent a return slip to include with your package.
- Any return that is received without proper documentation including copy of invoice and an RA# may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund based upon our discretion.
- We strongly recommend that you use a traceable shipping service for returned packages as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Items marked SALE are non-returnable/non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Approved returns will be processed back to your original method of payment.
- If an item was a gift, a gift card will be issued.
- We are sorry to inform that we do not currently offer exchanges. If you are looking to order another item we recommend you place a separate order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND
- Providing all documentation is included with your package, your return will be processed within 8-10 days of receipt of package. We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.
- If you have been notified that your refund has been processed and you are experiencing delays in receiving your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to one billing cycle for the refund to post to your account.
- We offer FREE ground shipping with any purchase over $150! Standard ground shipping for any purchase under $150 will be $8.
- For expedited delivery, we offer UPS 2 day express delivery (cost calculated at checkout).
- Once your order has been placed, your order will be processed the following business day (this excludes the weekends and holidays).
- For domestic order processing, please allow approximately 10 business days for your package to arrive.
- At this time, international shipping is not available.
UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be delayed until we are able to reach you for a business or residential address.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping fees will be deducted from the returned amount.
- Upon return approval, all returns must be sent via UPS or Fedex. The warehouse cannot accept returns from USPS.
