To change or cancel your FoleyandCorinna.com order, please contact Customer Service. You may change or cancel any FoleyandCorinna.com order as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

To locate a Foley + Corinna style that is not listed on FoleyandCorinna.com, please contact Customer Service.
WHAT IS YOUR PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY?
FoleyandCorinna.com will not give price adjustments on items once an order has been processed.

SALES TAX
In accordance with individual state regulations, sales tax is automatically applied to your FoleyandCorinna.com order if you are shipping to either California or New York. International Duties and Tariffs apply and vary depending on each country’s import customs regulations.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be processed at point of purchase. On the occasion that we are out of a certain product you will be notified by one of our customer service representatives and a refund will be issued for the missing items within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution 7-10 business days to post this to your account.

To check the status of an order, simply log in to your FoleyandCorinna.com account and visit the Order History section under My Account. Additionally, you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, and another confirmation when your order ships.
SHIPPING
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
FoleyandCorinna.com can ship orders worldwide; however we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O boxes. Orders are shipped via UPS; once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation that your package has shipped. Please note that a signature is required. Duties and Tariffs will be applied for International orders and packages shipped to Canada.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are provided automatically by UPS at checkout. Ground shipping in the US and Canada is free.
GUARANTEED SHIPPING
Express orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday in order to be processed for guaranteed delivery. Please note that on International shipments, customs clearance procedures may delay the original estimated delivery date.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TARIFFS
Each country has varied laws and customs requirements for clearance of imported goods. Depending upon the rules and regulations of your country, you may be required to clear the package with your Customs Department, as well as pay any import duties and taxes related to your order. Unfortunately these charges are determined by each individual country and FoleyandCorinna.com is not able to assess these charges prior to delivery. Additionally, customs clearance procedures may delay the original estimated delivery date.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your FoleyandCorinna.com order, thus we will happily accept the return of unworn, unaltered or defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your FoleyandCorinna.com order. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. FoleyandCorinna.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned at any time. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please do not send return packages by COD. COD may be denied or the COD amount will be deducted from the return or exchange.
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased on-line at our retail locations.
MAILING YOUR RETURN
To make a return, simply follow the directions found on the invoice included with your order.
- Pack all items in the original packing materials or in another secure container
- Be sure to include the completed bottom portion of the invoice with your return
- IT IS ADVISED THAT YOU INSURE YOUR PACKAGE AND KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR RECORDS

A refund will be credited back to original method of payment within five business days of receipt of merchandise. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account.
