Official Contest Rules
Eligibility: Contest is open to legal residents of the US and Canada, who are aged 13 or older. Valid date of birth is required.
Prize Deadline: Contest will conclude Sunday, June 5th at 11:59 pm EST. Winner(s) will be selected randomly and notified within 3 business days after the deadline.
Winner Selection and Notification: One entry per person. Double entries will be discarded, and the entrant may be disqualified from the contest. Entrants do not need to be present at the drawing to win the prize. All drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Foley + Corinna. Winners will be notified through email. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made within five business days of Foley + Corinna’s first attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. The decisions of Foley + Corinna are final and binding in all matters related to this contest.
General Conditions: This Contest is void where and to the extent prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws including federal, state and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by any winner with the official rules of this Contest, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in winner’s disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes will be awarded. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Foley + Corinna to use winner’s photograph, likeness, address, and testimonials in any form of media, whether now known or developed hereafter, in any manner Foley + Corinna deems appropriate, without further compensation of the winner.
Releases: By participating, entrants agree that Foley + Corinna, those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this Contest and their respective parent companies, affiliates, and agencies, and any other person associated with the promotion (hereafter called “Promoters”) shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses or injuries, including third party claims, arising from or relating to, this Contest. Foley + Corinna reserves the right to modify the rules of the Contest in any way at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. All taxes on any prize won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state or local taxes. The Contest shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York. By participating in this contest, entrants agree that state and federal courts located in the state of New York shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Contest and that venue for such litigation shall be only the Circuit Court for the City of New York, New York.
